WISTERIA TEXTILES LTD has a composite knit garments industry in operation with following department -
- Knitting: Have 19 High Speed circular Knitting Machine from Fukuhara, Japan. Daily production capacity 12 tons, can do Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique, French Terry, yarn dye stripe etc. All the machines have Lycra attachment with Lycra feeding units Memminger, Germany. (Please see list of fabric for details)
- Dyeing: Have Fully computerized 11 dyeing Machine and 4 Sample dyeing machine. Brand-Fongs, Hong Kong. Dyeing capacity 15-20 tons per day. Can do 100% cotton, Cotton/Elasten, PC, CVC Fabrics, 100% polyester, Viscose etc.
- Open Width Finishing-Stenter: Have 2 Stentering Machine with 7 chambers and 8 chambers of Brand Bruckner Germany with 2 baths and weft straightner brand Mahalo, Germany can do heat setting and open width finishing 30 tons per day.
- Compactor: Have 1(One) Italian Ferraro branded open width Compactor with chain, can do compacting 12 tons per day.
- Garments: Have 600 sets modern sewing machines of Japanese brand Brother, Pegasus, Kansai. The selection of machines is done such a way to cover most of the stitching facilities for the Knit Garments . Garment section is consists of 40 teams of 15 machines per team. Garments unit have 2 floors, each of them 32000 sft (3000 m2)total 6,000 sq/metres. can produce approximately 50,000 pcs per day i.e. 1.20 million pcs per month. We can produce T-shirt,baby body, Polo-shirt, Sport wear, Legging, Jogging set, Hoody, Nightwear of jersey, Pique, y/d, cotton/elasten, mélange, y/d stripe of cotton, viscose, polyester, CVC, PC. The Cutting Unit of the Garments is equipped with CAD, CAM of brand Assist, Germany for CAD and Bulmer, Germany for CAM and automatic fabric spreading machine from bullmer, Germany. Cutting capacity 1.50 million pieces per month.
Utility Facility
- Gas generator-Brand new 1 M W of Jenbucher Austria.
- Steam Boiler- 12 ton capacity boiler from Loose, Germany.
- Air Compressor- 2 nos each 40HP from France, brand – Worthington.
- ETP- Fully Biological ETP plant from Italy under Operation.
- Booster Pump-High pressure water supply system for supply of uninterrupted water to dyeing machines is from ITT, USA.
- Bas Bar Trunking System is used for electrical distribution network to each of the machine. The complete system is form Schneider Electric, French and Merlin Jerine, French.
- All steam pipe line designed by fobes mershal & al the values usel are of brand ARI, Germany.
Energy savings Feature:
- Steam boiler is liked with a tank where residual steam and hot water is returned from all the dying mode pump. Boiler is also fitted with Econoniser by which water is heated by the chimney exhaust .
- Low temperature chemicals are for sewing of fabrics.
- Low temperature dyes are used for dyeing of fabrics.
- Liqure ratio of sewing & dyeing are reduced to 1:405 & 1:5.5, hence water requirement his reducted by 40%.
- Power consumption reduced by using inverters with 80% of motors. also lower capacity of motors used in his dyeing machines. 1000kg m/c in fitted with 18KW motor, where conventional 1000kg dyeing m/c using 3740KW motor.
- Gradually all electrical lights are converted to LED Lights.
